My sister informed me that this is chocolate week in the UK. Honestly, I'm not sure how she discovered this but I don't think it should go un-celebrated! Why not make it a world-wide festival? And while you're at it, enjoy fair trade chocolate to be sure it's slave-free.

Here's how I made my brilliant discovery: I was skimming the blogs I read for work, and I was looking at The Dieline—a packaging design blog that I read to keep up on design trends and in anticipation of the book I'll be editing compiled from the site. They had this entry for "Credit Crunch" (http://www.thedieline.com/blog/2008/10/credit-crunch.html), a chocolatey treat honoring both the horrific world economy and the fabulous UK holiday occurring this week. Ta-da!
In other chocolate related news, my boss lured me into a meeting today with chocolate. "Hey Melissa! Wanna come to a fun meeting? There's chocolate." (This is really exactly what she said.) Never fall for this. They just want to make you work. But then again, you're going to have to work anyway, so you might as well work where there's chocolate.
I meant to tell you that I ate my Hob Nobs within a week of you giving them to me! I shared maybe two, but I ate all the rest! :) Yum. Thanks again!
